Dear clients, friends, and colleagues of Don Hobbs and Allison Gaddy –
I’m writing to you since we’re friends… on social media, or you’re in our address book. Maybe you’ve bought or sold a home in the past with Allison or our real estate company… or we met and had a conversation at one time.
As we head deeper into August, Texas temperatures are rising and the real estate market in Austin is very hot. We’ve essentially combined the Spring and Summer months together due to COVID.
In the last twelve months, the median price for residential homes in Austin has increased by a whopping 14%, an all-time high, which is terrific if you’re thinking of selling your home. We haven’t seen a market like this for sellers ever, and with the rapid advancement in our technology and new processes, in how real estate is sold, we can now sell your home without showings or contact with people.
However, I am writing to you today not to let you know about what’s going on in real estate, but rather to let you know that if you or someone you know is looking for a better career, our Experts Realty Group with eXp Realty is growing, and hiring. And with many people displaced during this COVID time, there are many who are looking for a new opportunity.
While many industries such as hospitality, food service, retail, and transportation are shedding jobs, I want you to know we have jobs here in real estate especially since the demand for real estate is strong.
What’s the best part?
Here’s the best part…you can work from home! In fact, you don’t even need to live here in Austin. You can live and work anywhere for many of the roles here at our company. And even if you’re a licensed agent we can support you in your home market.
If you are not currently in real estate and you’re looking for a better future, looking to become part of something amazing, I encourage you to consider transitioning to a real estate career with our team. You get to work with successful people in the community, and the nature of the position allows you to build YOUR future, instead of somebody else’s.
For example, Sonni here at our firm was a second year agent who was swept under the rug at her former company which was renowned for training agents. She had only closed on lease transactions and couldn’t find support and mentoring, so she was working at a clothing store while figuring out her next steps. Entering into her second year with ERG, Sonni is a leader in the Young Professionals Organization, our Agent Success Manager and enjoys a thriving real estate career!
Now, if you’re currently a licensed real estate agent, I know the struggle of finding buyers and sellers to help (while staying safe with COVID!). We take care of a lot of that work for you.
We have 150+ people reach out to us each month for help buying or selling a home. We really need your help! You’ll participate in daily meetings, weekly training, and you’ll enjoy a fun culture with great leaders and people you enjoy working with.
For example, Travis was a licensed real estate agent who suffered from the false promises of his former brokerage who promised him leads galore and didn’t give him any business. I first met Travis over 2 1/2 years ago, and since working with us, the leads are flowing and his business is booming.
So, if you’re interested in a real estate career, in any position, or you’re a licensed real estate agent who wants to do better, I invite you to apply for a position with our company.
(Remember you can live and work anywhere!)
Please reply to this email to start a conversation with me. We are here and waiting to help you grow you and your business skills!
If you’re not interested in a real estate career, I appreciate you reading this.
Going forward, I’d like to still send you updates from time to time about what’s going on in the local Austin real estate market. And if you’re not in Austin, we can still help you. Real estate is changing all the time with regard to what the Federal Reserve and Congress are doing. This includes market updates, community information, tips to improve the value of your home, and more. Don and I are doing business with agents in more than 20 states, so we have lots of information available.
If you don’t want to hear from us, just unsubscribe below. No hard feelings. And of course, if you do need help in buying or selling a home, contact us.
If you live outside of Austin, I have a vast network of expert agents around the country with the same tools as I referred to above. I would love to connect you with one of the best agents in your area.
